Well folks, fall is here and you know what that means; its about time for the ghosts, gouls, and goblins to start roaming the streets in search of their Halloween candy. Heres some tips to keep the little goblins safe this yea:r:
1 .Wear something shiney ( Alot of times people will be driving with the trick or treaters walking on the road. This will make it alot easier for them to be seen -even if its just a neon strip of tape on the back of their costume.)
2. A small flash light (Equip them with a small flash light. This can come in handy in locating one if they may get seperated from the pack.)
3. Trick or treat in groups with an adult chaparone.
4. Always check the candy to make sure its safe before eating it. Check wrappers to make sure they haven't been opened- then sealed back.
Throw your own Halloween party. Have fellow parents get together to chip in with candy and refreshments. Pop in some scary movies or Haloween cartoons ,listen to scary music, tell ghost stories, have a costume contest, and give out small prizes.
